Important Information – Medical & Fitness Requirements

This tour is designed for active travellers who enjoy spending time outdoors. No previous sea kayaking experience is required; however, participants should have a reasonable level of fitness and be comfortable undertaking several hours of kayaking each day, entering and exiting kayaks, swimming in open water and participating in a remote wilderness camping experience.

Please note that our activity provider may require a medical certificate from your doctor confirming your suitability to participate in some or all activities. Should a medical certificate be required, any associated costs will be at the traveller’s expense.

As part of the booking process, we are also required to collect your date of birth and any other information requested by our activity provider for operational, safety and insurance purposes.

If there is any aspect of your health, fitness, mobility or medical history that you are unsure about, we encourage you to contact us prior to booking so we can discuss whether this adventure is suitable for you and ensure you have the best possible experience..
