Uniform & Branded Clothing

  • All members of the team are required to wear the official branded uniform provided by Travel With Lesley Whyte Ltd.
  • Branded clothing must be worn at all times during tours, events, and while representing the company.

Cleanliness & Presentation

  • Clothing must be clean, pressed, and in good condition each day.
  • Team members are expected to maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times.
  • Personal grooming and hygiene must reflect a high standard of professionalism.
  • Hair should be tidy, and where long, secured neatly.
  • Jewellery, makeup, and accessories should be minimal and in keeping with a professional image.

Footwear

  • Closed-toe, comfortable footwear is required for safety and practicality during tours.
  • Shoes must be clean and in good condition.

Weather & Activity Considerations

  • In cases of inclement weather or specific tour requirements, approved additional branded outerwear or accessories (e.g., raincoats, hats) may be worn.
  • For physically demanding activities, staff may wear approved variations of the uniform for practicality, provided they remain in line with the branded dress code.

Representation of the Brand

  • The uniform is to be worn only while on duty or representing the company at events or official engagements.
  • Staff must refrain from consuming alcohol, smoking, or engaging in any activity while in uniform that could damage the professional image of Travel With Lesley Whyte Ltd.
