Fiona Fenwick – Tour Leader & Ambassador, Women’s Tours

Fiona is a true global traveller. Born in Scotland, educated in Hong Kong, and having begun her corporate career in Europe, her love of travel started at an early age and has never waned. Now a proud Kiwi by choice, Fiona made New Zealand her home in 2001 and enjoys exploring the world from a uniquely Southern Hemisphere perspective.

As a Tour Leader and Ambassador for our women’s tours, Fiona is passionate about creating meaningful travel experiences that go beyond simply visiting new places. Her warm personality, genuine care for others, and attention to detail help ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and included throughout their journey. She loves bringing people together and fostering the friendships and connections that often become one of the most treasured parts of travelling.

A passionate advocate for food, wine, and hospitality, Fiona was recently recognised as one of Cuisine Magazine’s most influential and inspiring women in food and drink in Aotearoa.

When she’s not travelling, Fiona works as a Motivational Coach, helping people find clarity, confidence, and purpose in their lives. She also enjoys spending time among the vines of her Pinot Noir vineyard in beautiful Marlborough, embracing the lifestyle and community she loves.
