Can I get a pass out?

No, pass outs are not permitted. If you leave the concert, your wristband will be removed and re-entry will not be allowed.

In emergency situations, one of our staff members will accompany you to your vehicle.

Weather

The show will go ahead rain, hail, or shine—so be sure to dress for New Zealand’s famously changeable weather! The concert will only be cancelled if conditions are deemed unsafe by the organiser.

If the event is postponed due to weather, the following day will be used as the designated “rain day.”If unforeseen weather prevents the concert from going ahead on the scheduled day, the event will be postponed to the following day, which has been designated as the official “rain day.”

Bag Inspection

For the safety and comfort of all attendees, all bags will be thoroughly inspected at the entry gate prior to admission.

Any prohibited items found during inspection may be confiscated and will not be returned.

Alternatively, attendees may choose to return such items to their vehicle.

Event staff reserve the right to deny entry to anyone found in possession of restricted or unsafe items.
