- Travel Insurance: Ensure you have coverage for your trip.
- Additional Alcohol & Spirits: Alcohol beyond the provided allowance is at your own expense.
- Visa Costs: If traveling on a non-New Zealand passport, you are responsible for securing and paying for your Australian visa.
- Mobile Roaming Charges: Any costs associated with mobile phone usage while abroad are not included.

Payment Schedule
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of NZ$5,000 is required to secure your place.
- 180 Days Before Travel: 75% of the total balance is due.
- 45 Days Before Travel: Final balance payment is due.
